Bad wings. We ordered 20 traditional wings that were all inedible. Have tried buying a bottle of spicy garlic sauce a few times... thru online ordering, paid for and all. We never receive it. Apparently they have no way of seeing it on orders. Fix it so youcan. Read more

Came in the other day and had the greatest server I've ever had. I've been coming to this location since I was in high-school,... but Greg was hands down the best server I've had in over 10 years of coming here. My friends and I were never left wantinganything. Food got to us quickly, drinks were never empty, and Greg was friendly as can be. Hope I'm lucky enough to have himagain next time! Thanks Greg! Read more

After 8 pm that phone is just for show. They never answer it then you walk in and they have like six tables, hardly busy. St... Charles is way better. It good Buffalo. Nothing is perfect. Food is ok, beer is expensive, restrooms are not clean

The five stars are NOT for the restaurant. The five stars are for Dimitri, our waiter. He did everything he could to make us... comfortable while we were waiting a long time for our meal. Obviously, they were short staff that night. Service was slow, sometables were not clean. My advice to management is, get your act together for you may loose lots of bussines. Ordered by phone, new girl didn’t put the order in. Took order in store after they couldn’t find it, ordered in person…... got my now second order double checked, didn’t give me the right wings. Nor do the cooks understand the concept of “ XtraWet “….. Large fry…. More like a small. Macy was super attentive, and sweet. Other manager on duty didn’t seem tooresponsive when I called him over, didn’t even walk over to me to address the concerns. I work in a restaurant, so I get it. The bathroom is always a huge mess here. I understand its a sports bar but it is pretty clear this bathroom is never cleaned.... The service has always been slow here, and the food is average which doesn't make up for the slow service. The straw that brokethe cammels back for this review is when they refused to toss my tenders in a sauce. I always get my tenders tossed in saucehere, so the waitress lied to my face when she told me they are not able to toss the tenders in sauce. The tenders are listedright next to the sauces on the menu (in the same section as the wings), so it's obvious that it is an option to have themtossed in sauce. Not to mention I've had my tenders tossed in sauce at other locations for the last 10 years. This place is fartoo expensive for them to refuse to simply put sauce on my tenders. This is the closest location to me, but next time I will begoing to the further location (if I ever go back to a Buffalo wild wings). Read more
