I pulled into the drive through and was the only customer there, i was asked very rudely to wait for service and ended up... waiting several minutes for service, i ordered a medium onion ring and a whopper junior with no pickles, the lady taking myorder seemed very annoyed, in a bad mood and was pretty rude twords me including cussing at me through the speaker. The employeeat the window seemed very nice and apologized to me for the way the lady (who was also the manager) that took my order talked tome. I have talked to some of my co-workers who have experienced similar treatment over the past few months at this location.The manager does not seem like they are a good fit for a customer service based position. This place usually only has one or 2 cars in line but every time I have went there for the past 6 months it?s the same thing,... short staff or missing large menu items and then the food is usually cold or incorrect when you get it. I understand shortstaffing to an extent but come on?at least improve in the other areas. Not sure how they stay in business. Read more
I don?t usually leave negative reviews but I must. I was just simply trying to get breakfast and was told 10 minutes when drive... thru is supposed to be open at 6am when I was there at 7am! Then she had the nerve to tell me drive around and park and wait 10minutes because she didn?t want to hear the annoying ding ding every 2 minutes! Was an awkward experience to be honest. Windows were extremely dirty/cloudy. Fries tasted like they were at least an hour old.... Cold and mushy. We saw people waiting for quite a while for their food in the drive through. The soda machine was dispensingwarm, flat soda and ice was not working. Went through drive-thru for lunch. Wait wasn't long. Order was simple, frozen coke and Hershey pie. Was handed regular drink.... Had to wait for them to correct order. Had small single bag. Opened up when got back at work, no napkins, and no fork, in bag.Would not go there if you see more than two cars in drive thru line. Thanks for leaving me hungry. Read more

This is the worst burger king/fast food restaurant I've ever been to. And I generally NEVER leave bad reviews even when stuffs... pretty bad but this was a whole other level. The staff was rude and they were throwing nuggets at each other in the back andmaking gross jokes really loud. The oil in their fryer must not have been changed in months, our food was dark and saturatedwith grease and covered in burned crumbs. The only thing we could even consume was the soda. I would have gotten a refund butwe were passing through and on our way home to Kansas city and we wernt gonna turn around. Absolutely gross. Read more
