This has to be the worst experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant. I never leave reviews but the place here deserves nothing but... my negative review. If ?If I could give no stars I would? was a restaurant oh this would be it. Bad management, Bad customerservice, and nasty food!! I have never been to this location before. My sister suggested it. As we were speaking with the waiterordering our food He tells me not to choose a particular item because last time I didn?t like it. I laughed it off and said sirI?ve never been here before. He proceeds to give me another option he thinks I will like. I?m pretty open minded. So I said heyI?ll try it. He tells me if you don?t like it let me know and I?ll get you something else. ok cool. Food comes looking differentthan what I expected but it also didn?t taste good. It taste like shrimp in tomato sauce. I was going to not say anything andeat it anyway but my sister insisted I get something I like. We tell the waiter and he says let me get my manager. Manager nevercomes. Smh. Another worker comes and gets the manager. He comes to the table with an unapologetic attitude and says it?s thesame as the pic and that I always send food back. Once again I have never been here sir. He huffs and says what do you want. NowI?m mad and I just look at him. My sister proceeds to order for me but I?m hot. I don?t want nothing at this point and I trulydon?t trust people making my food again especially under these circumstances. I go to the manager let him know I don?t want itand why but he still has the same attitude like here?s the same black girl wasting my food. I will NEVER let someone or anyestablishment (etc.) insult me and then make me something to eat. You will Never ever ever ever find me at this restaurant! This was a last minute stop in the traveling I just recently did. Never heard of this Restaurant before and happy to have had... the pleasure of sitting in a very well laid out dining area. It was well worth stopping in. Everything from the price andenjoying this authentic Mexican restaurant/bar and their amazing food was worthwhile. This is Mexican dinning at its finest anddeserves more than a 5 star rating. And before I forget, I must send a Thank you to the waitstaff and the Cook!! Slow service. Finished a whole bowl of salsa before the server greated us. When the food runner dropped the food I asked for... more chips n salsa and was ignored. Literally ignored. We arrived at 7pm on a Monday. When you see the local firehouse at the restaurant, you know it should be good. We ordered... Fajitas, burritos, and a kids meal. The entire meal came out in about 15 minutes.. wow. Everything was hot and delicious. Thislocation has Groupon offers, which makes it a great value. We will be back. Read more
Excellent salsa, chimichangas, and tacos! Didn?t get margaritas this time but I remember them being good.
Tasty food.. good service... friendly staff.. nice casual place to dine in. Have been to Chimi's several times and every time we... get delicious food and a warm welcome. Like the place..!! And yes, will go again for sure.. ???? Read more
