Only my second experience at a Culver's. My burger came out cooked incorrectly ( burned flavor) and slathered in cheese and... other toppings I didn't want. I'm sure they would have corrected it but they were busy and we were traveling. French fries werehot and crispy and top notch. Read more

Delicious and great service. If you are looking for an amazing meal, come to Culver's. We did have to wait 20+ minutes for our... food and so did everyone else in the drive through but honestly , it is worth it. Read more

Even though my food was hot and delicious, the smell once you walked in the place was rancid. I could barely eat my food, almost... walling out before ordering. My burger was ordered with cheese and mayonnaise and I wound up with mustard but I still ate it.The cheese curd substitution is always a win. Read more

Better quality food than the average fast food restaurant. The ice cream is better than Dairy Queen, my 3-year-old likes the... fries here better than Wendy's, McDonald's, or Burger King, the cheese curds are better than any other fast food restaurant, myhusband likes the chicken tenders here the best. However, it is a little busier so you may have to wait a bit longer to get yourfood. Read more

This place needs help. We placed an online order for pickup around 12:30, after waiting inside for over 30 minutes and after... multiple inquiries with some of the employees about the order later, a manager finally shows up to her dysfunctional front witha poor attitude. As soon as she arrives, our food is sat on the counter and we already asked for a refund. Which, for a 30minute wait, we should get our refund and food... that's basic customer service. She asks another presumed manager in the backhow to do the refund, and after 5 minutes of her troubleshooting, she inquires with that manager again who then tells her itsnot worth her time, just give them the refund. We get the card to the manager on the register, she does the refund and swipesour food and walks off with nothing else to say. We were frustrated but polite, we didn't say anything disrespectful to thestaff. Another group of people were also experiencing the same issue. If you're going to have a young staff group running thefront, the mangers need to be on-hands with that instead of playing around in the back. We won't be back to Culver's anytimesoon, especially not this location. Read more

Great customer service and the food was delicious! I haven't eaten at a Culver's in a long time. I tried the grilled chicken... salad with cranberries and blue cheese and had a some cheese curds. I was impressed by the salad. Definitely ranks above otherfast food salads I've had. It would have been nice if the cucumbers were cut up instead of large slices and the chicken was inlarge chunks too but i was able to cut it all to bite size pieces so not a big deal. Everything was fresh and my curds showed mesome love ??. Read more

The food was delicious! 6 out of the 8 of us have to eat gluten free, most places don't have that option, we were pleasantly... surprised that Culver's has not only a good variety of gluten free foods but also gluten free buns for the burgers. The bunswere not dry like most. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. We were greeted with smiles and excellent customer service!10 out of 10 will go again. Read more

This visit was lacking what I?m used to at Culver?s. We went at 2:30 pm, there were only like 2 other people inside & there were... lots of staff, yet the area by the drinks was sticky & messy. After about 15 minutes, we got our food, the burgers were dry &flatter than pancakes. No butter burgers that?s for sure. My slice of tomato was thicker than my patty!! It just was not good. Iwanted my $20 back, & honestly should?ve asked for it. I know the pandemic has changed lots of things, but if I wanted a smashedburger, I would?ve gone to Steak & Shake, & paid $4. At least it wouldn?t have been dry because they know how to prepare them. That?s not what Culver?s is known for, I wanted a butter burger. I won?t be back to this location that?s for sure. Read more
