The servers were more interested in changing there clothes I guess they were allowed to wear bathing suit tops so they were... running in and out of bathroom. I?ve eat at this location many times and this was a bad day. My waitress Nicki, was talking to a groups of loud drunks in the... table next to me, hooters is normally loud because of a game or just a lot of people which is fine this was next level. after ohad been at the table for 15 min she finally decided to come over and ask to take my order, I ordered everything at once becauseI suspected it was going to be an issue. While waiting on my food she spent the entire time talking to these guys and theydidn?t know her because two of them were hitting on her. To my point, another person brought the food. They forgot the blucheese for the wings I had to ask another waitress to get it because nicki was still talking to the group of guys. Shedisappeared and came around the table dropped the blue cheese on the table then went back around the backside of my table andback to the guys. I wasn?t looking for conversation or attention just service. Never asked if I wanted refills or neededanything. Extremely disappointing. The other waitress named lacy didn?t ask but did get me a refill on my drink because mywaitress at the table next to me was grabbing them to death. Read more
I ordered a chicken Philly from uber eats last night. The sandwich was burnt and it wasn't chicken. The onion ring were good and... the cake was delicious. Maybe don't order late at night and you'll get better quality of food. Read more
Food was suppose to be ready at 6:45 I arrived about 6:48pm they said that it wasn't ready yet. No problem. About 8 minutes... later she came out with three boxes, in which one had food on the outside of the box. I open up the boxes to check forcorrectness only to find that my fries were hard and cold, the chicken was lukewarm, and the shrimp was completely over cookedand barely warm. Don?t come here. It?s a Monday night at 7pm and there is maybe 4 other tables with people at them. It took us 5 min to meet our... waitress in the first place. When she finally emerged she knew basically nothin about the menu. We ordered fried pickles andonion rings to start and I got a soda for boyfriend a water. She brought those back and the appetizers in fairly quickly. Wethen ordered ALOT of food. The onion rings were horribly burnt there was hardly even a shriveled onion. Obviously I know thatmeans it will take a while BUT to not even check on us ? For 40 MINUTES she walked around the store testing remotes to tvs anddidn?t come to ask how our appetizers were, refill our drinks. She didn?t check on anyone and it was not even slightly busy inthere. My boyfriend finally got up to go ask someone for water and got so fed up trying to find anyone just told me to get thecar we paid the bill and left. Waitress never came back after she brought food to the table. Waited for 15 minutes after done eating for bill. Then Waited... another 10 minutes for her to come back to pay. Restaurant was not busy. Waitresses were sitting at table eating and on theirphones. I leave tips based on service not food. I still tipped 18% but service was not worth a tip. Should stay off phones andattend to patrons. Went for lunch today and smashed the big grilled fish with a Ceasars salad. Served by a sweetheart by the name of Jamie. Service... was excellent! Beer was cold, think I'm gonna try the hoot punch next. Always nice scenery here Read more
Food is not what it used to be. The pickle slices were over cooked and the wings were smallish (more than usual). I'm sure... like everything, it's COVID's fault, but the prices are up and no lunch specials. Yes it's been a while since we were there. The server was nice and did an expected job, but that's the last time I'll spend that kind of money on wings. Read more
