When I was ordering my lunch special...I wanted a chef salad and my side was 1/2 house salad....they REFUSED to let me because I... couldn't have 2 salads!!!!!!????!!!!! I called and asked for pasta with meatballs and 6extra meatballs in sauce. I got home and only had 4 meatballs in the pasta. ... She could have told me I had to purchase X2 pasta with meatballs to get 8 meatballs. The Imos in St Charles always sold extrameatballs on the side for a price. I did not have enough to feed my family. Seems the crew was really young and need moretraining. Every one check your food before you leave with it. Imos is Imos although, something has changed. Last two times pizza tasted different. Not sure if they changed the crust make-up... or what but it?s lost some of its appeal, maybe cheaper ingredients and the fact they are still attached to Coke, instead Pepsi. Read more
Trash. Service was terrible. Told us they were out of plates but nobody was dining in. 1/19/22 Soda fountain was gross and... mostly carbonation. Garlic cheese bread was uncooked and soggy along with having slices of cheese sitting on top slightlymelted. Pizza was okay but a seemed extra greasy and not hot. Read more
Coming from east coast, specifically from the "city of brotherly love".... I thought this place was quite welcoming, for 1.... Service was immediate and courteous. Food was excellent, well seasoned. The location itself was quite clean & inviting. I'mplanning to visit here again before I head back home. Read more
At this location I had BBQ wings. They were great tasting and fully loaded with sauce. Good customer service. If I'm ever again... in this neighborhood and fiening for wings I will b back. Read more
Food was average. The girl that took our order was rude,disrespectful and acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our... order.
