Only drive-up was available-I know it is hard to get help, but pay better if you have to-the way it is now, you are just going... to lose even more Customers. The lady at the window was awesome, but even the fish wasn't as good as it used to be. Place is a run down dump. Drive through only. We were the only customers in line the entire time we were on the premises and... it?s not hard to figure out why. No fries, no cod, no coconut shrimp. Ok! There are shortages, no problem! Ordered anyway. Totalof 65.00. No replacements for lack of fries. Still charged full price. Clerk at drive through mad because we asked for strawsfor our drinks. Asked if sauce was in the bags she rolled her eyes, said yeah, and slammed the window. Zero sauce in any of thebags or boxes. And she very clearly could have used a shower before work. Not a ?working around fryers? look. Straight up dirtypersonal appearance. Literal, black under fingernails, dirty. Yuk. Chicken was shriveled, cold, and greasy. Same with hushpuppies. We prefer Long John Silvers fish better than the other place. The sides are general and could maybe add a premium line of sides... for choice. They were running a promotion with a fee cake with 10 piece or larger. Completely out of cakes no substituteavailable. I understand supply chain issues but maybe remove the advertised offer. Fish was pretty solid as usual but I had like 15 hush puppies for the 5 of us and all were burnt and gross. Some were super... hard, other parts are undercooked, and all it tasted of was grease. Very disappointing, and nobody would answer the phone atthe st peters location. Read more
