I love going to this McDonalds in the morning! The employees here are so sweet! They are always smiling, always get my order... correct and my favorite part is they always offer my dog a treat! She gets so excited when we pull up because she knows what isabout to happen! It's the little things that make a place like this great and this McDonalds does it right! Great Job! Read more
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The manager Rob was so rude to me and my child. I sat and waited for 30 mins... to get a Halloween pail. When I finally asked where my food was after 3 cars were served behind me ( with 3 halloween pails)Rob comes out and says he's sold out of pails and was completely rude to me about it . Also blames them being slow on 1"incompetent guy. (His words)Now my child is crying and when I asked for a refund because the nuggets are litterly burnt to acrisp , the manger again got rude and ran off inside and after a few mins came out with my refund . Found the Halloween bucket here. Got a pumpkin for the babykids to trick or treat with. Beyond that it's McDonald's. You know... what to expect. Cheap, fast burgers and chicken that will feed you when nothing else is available, typically good breakfast. Read more
Handled a busy drive through well, but it order was incorrect. We didn't notice until we got home that all our cheeseburger... happy meals had chicken nuggets in them instead. The kids were happy to have a trick or treat bucket! Read more
I had a very pleasant morning with the staff at McDonald?s. From ordering to joking with jerry at the window to getting my food... everyone was so nice. It refreshing to not have rude high school kids just trying yo get a check. Not that all of them are thatway but lately that?s all you see and the service is just mot there anymore. Usually I come here for breakfast and I have no complaints on the food (though I only get sausage McMuffins) however, the coffee... at this location is awful. I?ve given them multiple tries and always end up with the most bland, lifeless, incorrectly made icedcoffee that tastes like nothing but creamer and water. It was super busy but I gotta say they had the cleanest bathroom and lobby out of all the McDonald?s I?ve been to in at Charles... county! And the guy cleaning the lot came and helped me load my large order when he saw me and my granddaughter struggling! Hedeserves recognition for sure!
