The speed of service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get a two cheeseburger meal. The burgers were made wrong and missing... toppings. Everything was hot, but with a mostly staffed kitchen (about 5-6 people) there?s no explanation for why it took solong. There were a few people who got their food before us, when I brought this to their attention I had my food in about aminute. If they were slammed it would make more sense but there were only about 3 other people in the dine in, one personwaiting on carry out, and a short drive thru line. Not sure if they were clearing their screens of tickets or what. I?ll thinktwice before coming back to this location. I never write reviews but this location always has issues Read more

Wish I could post 0 stars. Worst McDonald?s ever. Took over 20 minutes to get our food through drive thru. People after us got... food before us. And when we did get our food it was really burnt. Employees are trash! 1000% unprofessional!!!! I stopped to grab my bf lunch because he was too busy at work to leave. So I... thought I?d drop him off food. After ordering I was told to pull around and someone would bring my food out. The lady bringingthe food out (cold weather) is in no rush to get people their food. Taking her sweet time lollygagging in and out of the door tograb food as if 6 plus people aren?t in line waiting. She finally brings my food, asks me what I had and I told her. She handsme the bag and because she didn?t get a thank you from me I was told from her mouth ?don?t come back? it?s apparent they willhire anyone, even those who lack proper customer service etiquette! Absolutely awful. I got a sausage mcmuffin it was burnt, sandwich was cold. Only thing good was my coffee. They were doing... construction no signs that. No signs that said use drive thru only. Read more

Melanie was so sweet. She double checked to see if they were out of frappes or not. I appreciate how kind and patient she was.... Excellent customer service. I think she deserves a promotion. We need amazing workers like her. And she seemed to enjoy doingher job! Read more

Employees prepping food not wearing hair nets or hats. Touching their cell phones with gloves on and did not change them. Tea in... the dining room was out and the last sticker on the machine was from 7 hours prior to my visit. Restaurant was not busy and ittook 20 minutes to get our food inside. Just overall awful experience. Read more

The line seemed so long, but my total wait time was under 7 minutes. Welcoming drive thru employees and the food was accurate.... Sad that the frappe machine was down still. Read more

This location used to be ok but I guess all good things must come to an end.... I placed a pickup order through mobile app. The... order was actually a repeat from my order history that consisted of a hot Cafe Mocha and 2 other items. I was given a coldfrappe after waiting several minutes and I told them I ordered a hot mocha. The cashier acted like she didn't know what a hotmocha was, asked another female who told her McDonalds doesn't sell a hot mocha. When I insisted they do sell them, I was thenconveniently told by the smarter of the 2 reps, "the machine is down" and I would have to wait 20 minutes. When I asked for arefund, I was rudely told the store doesn't issue refunds on app orders and would need to call support. Read more
