The only reason I am giving one star is because the food did taste good when we finally got it. They had plenty people working... and the dining room was empty when we walked in. The cashier would not listen as we placed our orders and didn't appear to havea clue. Several of our orders were messed up - there were only 5 of us. When I questioned about an order that was missing itemsshe just wanted to argue that she didn't hear that and basically, sorry for your luck. When we were almost done eating, anotheremployee that had heard the exchange called to me from the counter asking if we had missing pieces. She did give me the missingpieces. The drink dispenser was out of ice and Dr Pepper was out. The straws were empty and the restrooms needed cleaning. Theentire time we were eating we could hear what appeared to be employees arguing with each other. Popeyes chicken is good but Iwould not recommend this one. Read more
This unit consistently has problems with staffing and everything in general. For whatever reason they could not fill my online... order at the drive thru. I had to park and go inside which defeats the whole concept of the convenience of ordering online. Oncebefore, after ordering online, they could not even fill the order as they did not have enough staff to make the food. Luckilythe refund procedure was fairly simple and immediate. Read more
The drive through was not busy at all so we thought great, this should be quick. We ordered and the only sides they had... available were fries and mashed potatoes. They were out of everything else. The staff were all standing around idle at 6pm. Thegirl working the window was new and clearly was not given a course in customer service. I wish I could give zero stars because your service and food suck! Waited 45 minutes for our food that was ordered online. Got... there and they couldn't find our order and the lady at the drive thru lied to the manager on what my husband said. We were toldthey didn't have chicken for the chicken sandwich. They ended up using chicken tenders instead. One of the honey packets leakedand had a hair stuck on the outside of it. Don't waste your money or time (because you'll need a lot of it) I'm not sure howthis place stays in business. Read more
They shouldn't even get 1 star in my opinion. They close at dinner time, never have any chicken (that's odd, it's a CHICKEN... place), and they're extremely rude. For being a newer restaurant in this area, you'd think they'd have their act together andWANT business! This was the worst experience, the workers were fine. At dinner time you only have four pieces of chicken available. When I got... home to eat the cole slaw tasted like it was several days old, Mac n cheese was only luke warm. The only for pieces of chickenavailable were three breast and one thigh. On line ordering did not work so couldn't use points, in-store they can't help. Spicy blackened chicken had cold bun and didn't... taste anywhere close to the hype. No ranch dipping sauce, and was told sauces now cost .39 each. Cost of food is bad enoughwithout having to pay for dipping sauce. Was told my receipt would be in the bag, didn't happen.
