We visited on a Sunday after a choral concert. There were 7 of us. I went ahead of the others to get a table. I was sat... immediately. The long booth was the perfect size. The service was great. There was about a 30 minute wait for a table of 2 to be seated around 6:30 pm on a Friday and the waiting area was crowded... during that time. Once we were seated, our waitress was quick to take our drink order and was very friendly. It quickly becameapparent that the front of house and back of house staff worked very well together as a team to get food and drinks out quicklyand accurately. One server was able to cover a large section with the help of food/drink runners and management. Our waitresswas upbeat and friendly the entire time and was very quick to refill drinks and fries without being asked. Our food wasdelicious and perfectly cooked. We got our meals before we even finished our appetizers. The to go system seemed to be runningsmoothly as well from what we saw while waiting for a table. Last night, I visited Red Robin in St. Peters, MO I Ordered a well done burger, which came out still pink inside, so I sent it... back. I heard the cook in the back complaining that it was well done, but regardless, he cooked another one, only this time, itwas well done to perfection! However, the burger was not seasoned and tasted horrible and trust me, this guy knew it. That wasdone intentionally. Then, my bill came and there were two burgers on my bill. Seriously, Red Robin? Do better! With theprices the way they are now, people can't afford to even eat out, so when people visit your establishment, try and do better foryour customers. And to the cook at this restaurant, that was not fair at all to do. The first burger was not well done, noteven close. I was just asking you to prepare what I ordered and you didn't have to be a jerk about it. It wasn't a personalattack on the cook whatsoever, it was just a customer wanting her burger made so I could eat it. And by the way, I did stressto the waitress that I would rather have a burnt hamburger than one with pink inside, so shame on her too for not relaying thisto her cook. Rant over! Read more

A lot of different twist on hamburgers very tasty. Pretty big menu with lots of adult drink options

Was not impressed. Burgers seemed pre cooked. Fries were not crisp. There was four of us. We ordered 3 drinks and 1... appetizer. We also ordered 4 burgers. Bill was 86 dollars before tip. Won't be back. Read more

Excellent waitresses very attentive. Another waitress was passing our table as my friend was finishing his soda and brought him... another glass without even asking. Our meal was good, the garlic fries were good. Wasn't too impressed with the onion rings. I didn't really like the batter, but that's my personal opinion. Read more

Just had THE BEST dining experience! I brought in my 2 children (8 & 11) and we were greeted/sat immediately. My kids chose to... dine outside and the patio was clean & comfortable. Our server (Moriah) was attentive and very kind. Our food came out so fastand was DELICIOUS!! The wait was reasonable, 20 to 30 minutes. The table was spacious, the establishment seemed clean and well spaced. The boneless... wings were amazing. The tavern burger was good but not as good as I anticipated from it's description. The zucchini fries wheregood but I found the batter a bit cakey. The blueberry lemonade with prickly pear juice was the best and only 190 calories. Thekiosk went through a series of review questions before allowing you to pay, some with the option to give lengthy feedback. I wasnot prepared for this so I found it a bit overwhelming, however, I do think it's great that the opportunity to leave feedbackbefore you leave is great. Read more
