I probably went on a bad day because one of the employees had 911 called. That left only 2 employees to run the place. They... appeared overwhelmed yet me and my husband were the only ones in the restaurant. The restaurant was 77 degrees and very warmwith the thermostat set at 71. The food was OK. We went on a Thursday afternoon and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Unfortunately they didn?t have any Agua fresca... which was disappointing We ordered a carne asada entree plate, quesabirria tacos, and the ?Thursday special? which was 3 softshell ground beef tacos. Pros: -Our waitress was nice and efficient -The quesabirria tacos were great! Great flavor to themalthough smaller than what I?m used to. Cons: -the carne asada was extremely tough, it was hard to cut and hard to chew. I've eaten here twice now. The main dishes (burrito, chimi, etc) are incredible. The rice and beans are downright awful. The... cake I had was decent but definitely not worth $5 a slice. Tough to say how many more times I'll order. Read more
The food is off the charts amazing and the service is fantastic. My son enjoyed the relief artwork on the walls, too.
