I work close to this one, but I go to another one further away. The service was ok. I got the young man who was on his first... day. He cool, sandwich wasn't perfect but that was ok, everyone has their just day in the job. My big issue was the sign thathad posted that they were not taking part in the coupon offers that are going around including on the app. I know these arefranchise & locally owned. However, I?m used to seeing this in the city inner city where they're trying to make more profit onfolks who can't go far or don't have transportation. If you can take part in the promotions going on, you might need toreexamine if this is the right business for you. Read more
Ordered online due to limited time for my lunch break. Got here 10 minutes late. Order not ready. Waited by the pick up rack for... 20 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me. Only for them to tell me it hadn't been started yet and I'd have to wait.Requested refund as I was already late to return to work. Was completely ignored. Read more

This once weekly place for lunch is off the table for me. I placed on online order and went in it wasn't ready. I asked this... heavy set women with colored hair and she said they didn't have any online orders. I proceeded to confirm the address andprovided my receipt which she replied they did not have it. I then read the order number to her and after again denying it shewalked to the computer and actually checked and surprise it was there! My next interaction I placed an online order asking forlight mayo and mustard when I opened my sandwich it was covered completely in the most sauce I have ever seen clearly out ofspite. Also no napkins in my bag so it was a mess I took a few bites and three away the rest. To add insult to injury the ownerdoes not honor BOGO coupons and there is a sign complaining he can't find workers. Based on the talent he has I'm sure with thewages they are offering they are getting the bottom of the barrel. I'll save my money for any other sandwich place before I gohere again. Read more
My granddaughters and I had dinner at subway Saturday evening and found the service to be excellent. Our sandwiches were fresh... and made exactly as we requested, and the resturant was clean. Good job Subway! Read more
One of the worst subway experiences I've had. One employee wasn't even in uniform.l, and kept touching his hair and pulling up... his pants with his gloves on that he was using to make my food. This place wad also quite dirty and the service was terrible.Employees kept talking about when they had to leave and obviously didn't know what they were doing. Definitely didn't make mehappy and had to wait at least 15 minutes just for them to make a simple wrap. If you need to get a quick bite to eat for lunch,stay away. This is not somewhere I'd ever come again. Read more
The lady working right now is extremely rude! We "tried" ordering 3 sandwiches but as we were trying to tell the gentlemen what... we wanted on them she started snapping her fingers at me telling me i needed to tell what we had and needed to pay. I wasnt evendone with the first sandwich so they wrapped them all and bagged them while i was paying. I didnt want them plain and wheni saidthat she said it was to late because they were already wrapped. Read more
The staff was kind to an elderly woman who had a order from her son......they read the email and made her feel special
