Pretty good location. The drive-thru gets pretty backed up sometimes at late night hours, especially bar closing time, but the... staff up there usually does a solid job of getting everybody through quickly. I visit here frequently and my order is neverwrong. Read more
It's White Castle. If you're not familiar with their food, remember that these are sliders. For the rest of us, the food was... normal (which is what we came for) & the service was fine. This place was great they waited on me to order because it had been many moons since i ate at White Castle. Anytime im in... St.Louis i always get White Castle. This was the first time i went inside and ordered in the lobby in a while. Like i said priorthey patiently waited on me. They also completed several orders from the drive thru while they waited on me. I washed my handsgot my sodapop and my food was ready. Service was excellent and bathrooms were pretty clean! Made a new visit at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Went inside because drive-thru was wrapped around the building. They were... extremely short handed so I was really willing to give them a pass on any reasonable wait. A gentleman who was already thereand waiting for a good bit was given his order after I received mine which just seemed wrong to me. Cashier seemed overwhelmed. Drink machine in dining area showed it had lemonades. Had a sign even by registers that stated had 3 new flavors. However,when pressed for Minute Maid Lemonades those flavors weren't there and rest all stated not "Not Available ". One young man, whowas a cook, came to counter with food I had ordered and I asked a out it. He was surprised, but took my drink cups to theDrive-Thru drink machine and filled the cups with requested flavors. He was a very nice, professional and courteous young man. Tried to be as helpful as he could by adding napkins. Straws, dips, and bagged drinks to make easy carrying. The cashier lostthem 1 star, the lacking drink machine a 2nd star, 3rd star lost due to cup lids that didn't properly fit. In bag and out whenpicked up using side of cup the lids pop off. Normally the food is cooked at order. Somehow the meat was dry, the onions were brown and hard. Just a horrible experience. I... went while at work so couldn't go back and get fresh food. I was told to come back another day to get it corrected but not sureI will even entertain the idea. Customer service at these restaurants are getting worse.
