It's White Castle. If you're not familiar with their food, remember that these are sliders. For the rest of us, the food was... normal (which is what we came for) & the service was fine. The food could have been out faster but it was busy so the wait wasfine with me. I'll certainly go back there the next time I'm hungry & in that area. Read more
This place was great they waited on me to order because it had been many moons since i ate at White Castle. Anytime im in... St.Louis i always get White Castle. This was the first time i went inside and ordered in the lobby in a while. Like i said priorthey patiently waited on me. They also completed several orders from the drive thru while they waited on me. I washed my handsgot my sodapop and my food was ready. Service was excellent and bathrooms were pretty clean! Staff was very cool i enjoyedchatting with them about who i would rather box! This location is 10/10 in my opinion. Read more
Made a new visit at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Went inside because drive-thru was wrapped around the building. They were... extremely short handed so I was really willing to give them a pass on any reasonable wait. A gentleman who was already thereand waiting for a good bit was given his order after I received mine which just seemed wrong to me. Cashier seemed overwhelmed. Drink machine in dining area showed it had lemonades. Had a sign even by registers that stated had 3 new flavors. However,when pressed for Minute Maid Lemonades those flavors weren't there and rest all stated not "Not Available ". One young man, whowas a cook, came to counter with food I had ordered and I asked a out it. He was surprised, but took my drink cups to theDrive-Thru drink machine and filled the cups with requested flavors. He was a very nice, professional and courteous young man. Tried to be as helpful as he could by adding napkins. Straws, dips, and bagged drinks to make easy carrying. The cashier lostthem 1 star, the lacking drink machine a 2nd star, 3rd star lost due to cup lids that didn't properly fit. In bag and out whenpicked up using side of cup the lids pop off. Bad when adult is drinking. Worse if it's a child trying to drink. Read more

My favorite is still the original slider! If you get it hot and fresh and it's still steaming when you take your first bite... ...it is heavenly! This particular store was very nice, new, clean and had: two very adept employees that were very pleasant andprofessional! Overall a good experience. First visit to White Castle and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean inside and outside. Nicely decorated with White... Castle pics and had a TV mounted on the wall. The menu was easy to order from. Me and my husband ordered the sharing pack whichcame with 10 White Castle burgers (we added cheese), two fries, and two drinks. My son ordered two chicken sliders, fries, anddrink. The burgers came in individual cartons and was very good. The buns were very soft and everything was juicey. Frieswere crispy and hot. Very fulfilling! We couldn't finish the share pack. Enjoyed my visit!! Read more
Normally the food is cooked at order. Somehow the meat was dry, the onions were brown and hard. Just a horrible experience. I... went while at work so couldn't go back and get fresh food. I was told to come back another day to get it corrected but not sureI will even entertain the idea. Customer service at these restaurants are getting worse. Don't work at a place and have aattitude when the customer has a issue with the service and food. Read more
