This is about the best customer service I've had in a fast food restaurant in a while. Even the cook came out and asked me if... everything was OK. I've been to a lot of full fledged restaurants where the workers feel like their tip is an entitlement butyet you go to a place like this where they don't often get tips and the service is better. Burger was smothered in mayo and undercooked. The jalapeño poppers had been re fried so many times the cheese evaporated out... and was hard as a rock. What I did eat of it gave me food poisoning. They should be reported to the FDA. Read more

My worst fast food experience yet. The lady who took our order was unfriendly. The guy at the drive through window was clearly... stoned to the point he could not do his job. They repeatedly gave us the wrong order, since he couldn't make sense of what wewere telling him. The wait was unreasonably long. The onion rings were stale and hard enough to break teeth. Read more
So the first young person on the headset got an attitude with me for no reason, so then a sweet lady came on and assisted with... my order. Very small amount of staff, but they work very hard to provide prompt service. They are pleasant and make sure they give you... fresh food. The food is as expected from a fast food place. Hardees has some of the better chicken strips. Read more
