Why is the McRib practically dry? It is supposed to be soaked in BBQ sauce.
We didn't get the right happy meal, we didn't get our drinks, my fries were cold. The play area was dirty, food on the floor... tables dirty. We had to go back up to the counter 3-4 times. It wasn't lunch time it was 2 in the afternoon. And what happenedto the mighty kids meal?? Read more
Was awesome love a big Mac every once in awhile the young lady that took our order was great very nice but when we grabbed our... sauce's the manger chewed the young lady out in front of us which we thought was so wrong because truthfully it was our faultfor I guess for taking more than we should of. She should of taken the young lady (new) some where in the back and explained toher about the limited sauce thing. We thought it was rude to the employee and us the customer. Read more
Friendly staff, good food. The conditions for dining are sad and need help.
Customer service is a thing of the past. I went through the drive through and ordered my meal. When I got to the window I was... handed a ticket and told to pull forward. Not asked or even given a reason, but "told". When I explained that I couldn't becauseof the five other vehicles ahead of me waiting on their food, I was ignored. I literally pulled up two feet, because I couldn'tgo any further. Now all the vehicles behind me can't even get to the window. Grand total I waited about 15 minutes for my #7value meal. While I waited I watched employees come with food and have no idea who to give it to. At one point an employee cameout with a bag and a happy meal, couldn't find who ordered it and just gave it to the car in front of me. I was asked fourtimes, while I waited, what my order was. Finally when I got my food it was handed to me like I was the problem. Look I knowthese reviews do no good because nobody cares about the customer. But these are the people that want at least $15 an hour forminimum wage. Read more
I haven't been here for maybe a year because of the service, the food not hot. I went back today and they still forgot my fries... at drive thru I reminded the cashier about it and said it was good but when I picked up my food no extra fries as I requested. She said I had to go back around. That's why I don't go to this McDonald's worst service ever. Read more

I?m giving this a three because a McDonald?s cannot really be that bad, but: My food has been prepared by this McDonald?s wrong... on multiple occasions, there has been missing items on multiple occasions and when trying to correct an order problem Iimmediately got an attitude and told that I was wrong. Now, as someone who works in the food service industry I completelyunderstand there are difficult customers and sometimes they try to get free food by complaining, but when I pay for my food infull and I only say ?hey I?m sorry but my sandwich is missing? and you immediately run to giving me a bad attitude that?s notgonna slide. I don?t think I?ve ever felt compelled to write a review before this but in all honesty this McDonald?s is kindagarbage. Not awful, definitely not awful, but kinda garbage. Read more
