I ordered a grande drink with an extra shot and paid almost $8.00 for it. For the overpriced amount, lukewarm drink I received,... and the long wait time; I would recommend looking elsewhere. You're only getting the "name brand" and it's not up to all thehype. Read more

Every time I go to this location, my order is never right, the workers always seem like they hate their job, and the wait time... is way too long. Mobile orders are kept behind the counter, so you have to try to get someone's attention to see if your drinkis ready. Read more
Place looked new. It was clean. Bathrooms were nice. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best heat up and go sandwiches I have... had. This was the worst tea I have had in years. I ordered a Citrus Mint Honey tea. I don't know how long they steeped it butthe entire drink was wayyy too citrusy and didnt taste any mint or honey...If i tasted honey it didn't blend well or was way toomuch. Maybe this would be better if it was steeped correctly, but the laziness of a speciality tea with full tea bags issomething that someone should be fired for signing off on. I visit this Starbucks multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience. The front counter and drive-thru attendants... are always friendly and conversational. Recently I have been ordering ahead on the app and my drink is usually ready and waitingby the time I arrive to pick it up. Unsurprisingly, this place is extremely busy in the mornings and on weekends, so order aheador be prepared to wait a bit. Not a big deal, just something to be noted. This is also a good place to sit and work or study, asit is peaceful during lesser foot traffic times. Read more

The store manager is the worst I?ve ever encountered. The store managers are supposed to be able to de escalate situations not... start them. Arguing and being rude to customers in front of me in the line and myself. Then she walks out in the middle of arush. What a joke. Drive thru line is wrapped around and wait time is over 15 minutes!
