This particular Cfla location is extremely slow. The orders have always been correct, so that is a plus, but with the constant... and consistent flow of customers the management really needs to decide on an expansion plan. The wait the two times I have beento this location has averaged 20 minutes in the drive-through. I have turned around and left this location on other occasionsdue to the line of customers. Read more
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the country, with Brunswick being second. Regularly long lines because they won't do... tablet ordering enough, an operator that seems to be absent, constant employee turnover that I hear is because of the managers,they don't say "my pleasure." But the worst part is they constantly forget food, and drinks, and sauces, and straws, andnapkins, and it's so common they keep a book of names, and they NEVER apologize for it, they NEVER comp you anything for theirmistakes. Their order accuracy is worse than a McDonald's. Once this year they ran out of Chick-fil-A sauce and I couldn't helpbut wonder if they had 8 oz bottles (and I needed 8 1-oz packets)... The operator needs to be more present, I hear themanager(s) are rude and it seems the employees have a poor morale because of it. Read more
You?d think this was a poorly run McDonald?s. It?s crazy that corporate Chick Fil A hasn?t shut this location down. It?s known... for being super slow with rude staff. The couple of times we ordered 2 milkshakes, the staff made a point to complain to us forordering a milkshake. Lol! Honestly, it?s shockingly bad. They forget stuff in your order and can?t even fake basic politeness.It?s a dumpster fire. Read more
Outrageously unimpressed. We ordered breakfast at 10:03 on the app and we didn?t get our food until 11:00. They definitely have... the world's slowest staff. Never had a problem with any other chick fli a. Definitely NEVER coming back. Also was the cause of afamily fight, thanks!! Read more
Typically we love Chic-fil-a. We even just ate at this one on Friday and it was good. But tonight my husband & son ate Deluxe... sandwiches in and brought me back the Cobb salad. Most of the lettuce was bad, seev pictures. I did call and spoke with managerShakira. She was going to check all the other salads. This was definitely not made today, and they were closed yesterday Sunday.How did no one notice the brown yucky lettuce?! Anyway, Shakira was pleasant. Update (8/17/2021): Today at 7pm I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and they just gave me one. The guy taking my order even... repeated it back to me correctly. Changing score from 2 stars to 1 star as clearly this location is incapable of getting anyorder correct. Not the best Chick-fil-A location; most of the time there is some sort of problem with my order. The includedphoto is one of the three large fries I ordered, which was only half full and deceptively placed at the bottom of the bag toavoid detection. Very friendly drive thru people, food is hot and fresh, and the line is not quite as long as the Brunswick location.
