We come here when we visit SSI. The view is spectacular! Apart from the view, tonight’s visit was disappointing from the get... go. The hostess never smiled and appeared have no interest in her job. Despite having a reservation and asking to be seated neara window, we were placed in the bar at a high top table facing the kitchen. It was loud and there was a great deal of trafficall around us. After 15 minutes of no service, we asked the hostess for a different table. She accommodated us. Several tablesnear the windows remained open our entire visit, but still were not offered. Approximately 20 minutes after arrival, we weregreeted by our server. She was polite, but rarely checked on our table. We ordered boiled shrimp and shrimp & grits. The boiledshrimp were excellent. The shrimp & grits were a disappointment. I’m not sure why this visit was so different from previousvisits. I hope this was an unusual circumstance, as I have enjoyed coming here for years. Read more
This was the first of many dining experiences for us! The indoor and outdoor seating options both presented great views to... enjoy. At our table we ordered : Lobster nachos, Greek salad, Shrimp and Grits and Blackened shrimp. The portions were plentifuland flavorful for each dish. Read more
Food was amazing! Started with the fried pickles. They we're delicious with the sauce it came with. For dinner, I had the Salmon... plate with coconut rice... The waiter and all of the staff were attentive and friendly. A little pricey, but worth it. The viewsfrom the window was pretty. Read more
Oh yuck stay away! Okay not really this place is amazing! Easy to get to, amazing menu, most amazing staff!! Menu is varied... and has selections for almost any taste! In depth descriptions on every item leads you to an epicurean adventure. Immediately when walking in every staff member showed amazing professionalism, care, and friendliness! Best Seafood I have ever had the Scallops are thick and buttery, the Grilled scrimp in the Pasta was Very well Done. the Drinks... very well made and then there was the Desert with the Baileys and Coffee yummy Read more
Waiter was very nice and helpful. The brunch specials were good. My chowder was a little oily. Not sure if the seafood or... butter but still good.The fish n chips, crispy battered fish and homemade fries were great. First time here for my wife and I. An excellent meal all around. The food, service, seating and did I say great tasting food... very well prepared. We sat near the window overlooking the marina. The duck egg rolls for appetizer with a well prepared drinkwas perfect. Salads very fresh with great dressing, dinners Paella and seared scallops and shrimp excellent, desert pies perfectand coffee okay. The wine was very good with a nice pour. got invited to try this place out. very crowded when we visited on a weekend. very tight sitting arrangements. On the other... hand, kudos to the lobster nachos and the burger that we had for the big servings. just a little disappointed with the friesthough. we tried the fish and chips and shrimp and grits. the coleslaw needs improvement Read more
