Unfortunately my family and I have had many poor experiences with this Jimmy Johns. We keep trying to give them chances and I?d... say that 9 times out of 10 our order is always wrong. The bread is not cooked thoroughly or sandwiches missing ingredients or weare given totally wrong sandwiches of what we ordered. Our order may be taken right at the register or placed correctly onlinebut the ones on the line ,making the sandwiches, clearly aren?t paying attention to what is on the orders. Last time I wasactually in the store the lady who was taking my order just walked away and out the door as I was finishing my transaction. I?vealso noticed the atmosphere isn?t very inviting and the workers are not very friendly. First, I don't expect a lot from JJ's. It's a fast sandwich shop. I've ordered twice while visiting St. Simons. Both times, the... delivery service was faster than seemed possible. The first time we got our order delivered in about 6 minutes. I don't evenknow how that's possible. The second time it was about 12 mins. Both times we ordered online. The sandwiches were fine ? again,it's fast food. Everything seemed fresh and same I've had at other locations. The delivery service I can't say enough about.Fantastic. I?m a lifeguard on the beach here and some of my coworkers/teammates tried to get some food delivered today, 8/7/2021, and were... not only disappointed, but very frustrated with whoever they were on the phone with. my friends never got their food because itwas delivered to the wrong place despite easy to follow directions, were refused a refund, and were berated throughout theprocess. it?s okay to mess up and have a miscommunication with someone, but it isn?t okay to handle ambiguity andmiscommunication (if there was any at all) as poorly as whoever was on the phone with them today. I order from here every week (office is just down the road) and am also a former JJ employee in Milledgeville. I usually get a... pickle quartered on the side with my meal, and I am not one to complain, but the pickle I received in my order today did nottaste like it normally does. I was embarrassed to even call the store, but didn't want anyone else to have the same experience.The store manager kindly explained that the pickles were indeed fresh but sent a very understanding driver to bring me a new oneto me at no charge and it was perfect! For the second time I have been give the wrong order at the drive thru. They were not busy and the charges me for my order and... gave me someone else?s order that was not the same price. I have tried JJ all over the Country and never had a problem. It seemsto be a theme here in Brunswick. So disappointed. Oh well back to Larry?s for me. You lost my business JJ.
