Overpriced. 26$ for Médiocre « Greek » and « Italian » food. Not authentic in any way. Menu is on the wall In the... hotel abs the prices once you get to the restaurant are much more eco endive then advertised. Terrible service. Rude staff. Thewhole restaurant had lights that flickered and when asked to change seats to the section that was similar to a solarium (re.Windows and no light fixtures) because the flickering lights were giving me a headache, the 2 wait staff were extremely rude.Waitress number one had a rude attitude and told me the whole restaurants had lights that were broken and not to look at thelights, just look down instead. When I asked about the solarium, Waiter number 2 told me the solarium had no kids allowed (andwe had 2 with us). I pointed out that there was a child there and he then said we couldn?t go anyway because the tables weredifferent my reserved?!?! Do not recommend. Read more

Food is ok. Service is ok. Ambiance is very loud because of overly loud music which results in everyone screaming. Prices are... a high given this is more of a family restaurant than what they seem to portray themselves as. Read more

Stayed at the hotel for the fifth time, eating at the restaurant each time, always welcome, nothing too fancy, but enough for... those carnivore or fish or even vegetarian (not the best choice) and the staff (locals) are doing their best, even in difficulttime like yesterday's power outage. My husband and I arrived at the Excelsior hotel after 9pm and asked at the reception desk if we could still have dinner at the... restaurant on site. They called the restaurant and asked them to wait for two late hotel guests. We started with cheese sticksand salad followed by grilled butterfly shrimp with a side of veggies, rice, and potato wedges. To my surprise, everything wascooked to perfection and quite tasty. The two ladies that waited on us that night were efficient, polite, helpful, and happy toanswer all our questions. We enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to return or to recommend the Amadeus restaurant tofriends. Read more
