Only Chinese restaurant in the area. Went for an early supper while staying in Sainte Adele. The service was fine and the food... was okay. The restaurant itself needs updates. The waitress brought tea after the meal and there was a lipstick stain on therim. I instantly regretted eating there. Read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Reception made an error with my order (I asked if I could replace one of the combo items with a sushi... roll, she said it was ok but I would be charged extra, no issue for me). I get my order (I had already paid) and they gave me anextra spring roll instead. As opposed to fixing the order, manager said she would refund the entire thing and to leave the foodthere, I just wanted a partial refund, she said it was not possible and that the wait time would be too long for me so shewouldn?t take an other order. So it was either take the food or nothing at all and that next time I should be more clear. Thiswas very poor customer service and a super unpleasant experience. Read more

While I was a little worried when new owners took over Luau, I have to say it's still one of my favorite restaurants. The menu... has changed somewhat, but still delicious! The new owners seem very professional and very friendly. Also, if you're looking fordelivery during this Covid era of caution, it's very prompt, friendly and a BIG improvement from the previous owners. It's theonly restaurant of this kind in the area and overall, I would recommend Luau. Read more
We hadn't been to Luaus in years b/c we were out of province. We moved back to at area and yesterday we pickup our takeout... yesterday early afternoon! We ordered a #2 for two and it is by far the most delicious food we have tasted in a very long time!Portions are very generous, fresh and our whole experience was absolutely a 10 / 10!! Just got some delivered from this newly reopened restaurant and am pleasantly surprised. Seemed like everything was home made... with care. Loved the thin crispy skin of the rolls and dumplings. Veggies were fresh and crispy. Great spareribs. Yummy subtlebroth with the wonton soup. I usually react to msg and had no reaction this time so wondering if this is one of the rarewonderful places that doesn?t use MSG. What would be even better if they served takeout and delivery in the traditional littlecardboard boxes with metal handle. Read more
I like the amount of variety on their menu. The pricing I think is really good too for a lot of it and definitely will have... leftovers if you get a combo. I think it's definitely worth checking out and recommend the dumplings and the won ton soup forsure. Read more
