I love eating at St-Hubert but this branch was the worst. The service was awful and the food was not edible. Waitress was not... friendly and kept us waiting for 20 mins before finally she showed up to take the order. We were 10 guests but she gave us only2 menus for us to share. After ordering it took them more than 45 mins for the food to be ready. Until here it was okay, butthen after we started eating the chicken was clearly raw and not edible at all. The meat was red from inside and not cookedproperly. We requested some condiments from the waitress which never came. 2 of the chickens had some feathers cooked with it. After informing the manager, he started speaking very aggressively and claimed that the chicken was cooked and I was mistaken.He even said that if we don't like the food we should go eat somewhere else. The manager was very disrespectful and rude. Hewanted to offer us some deserts which we refused so he ended up with a small discount on the final bill. Service 10/10 - Toutes les serveuse sont chaleureuse! All the waitresses (and the hostess) are warm and welcoming. Food 8/10 -... C'est du Poulet, mais c'est toujours bon. It's Chicken, but it's always good. Ambiance 10/10 - Très beau et confortable, avecsalle de jeux pour enfants. Very nice and comfortable, with play room for kids. We have been going there since Year 1997. Buthave not gone often in recent years. Last night I stopped by in an emergency. None of the waitresses recognized me since it hadbeen so long that I had been there. It was a snow storm. I needed to use the restroom and take a break as I had been driving twohours in difficult conditions. They welcomed me, took care of me, and gave me some suggestions as to alternate routes to take totry and get home. I ended up leaving my car overnight and called a friend with a 4x4 to come pick me us up. The next morning, mycar was there, no problem, with the snow was cleared all around it. Much appreciated! Generous dishes, fast service, vast parking, convenient location right on Hwy 117, good views, detailed menus, great chef,... watching sports. Will come back for sure next time visiting Sainte-Adèle-des-Monts valley. Read more
Walked in and already greeted with a terrible attitude from a staff member. It’s as if the manager hates that clients want to... come and eat?! Over an hour wait on a Monday night with maybe 5 tables in the restaurant?! I have no idea what is going on, butmaybe new management would be the best first step. A total reorganization of how you guys operate is necessary. I get that youhave multiple points of sales, but at this rate what’s the point if you can’t supply them? This used to be such a warm andhappy place to visit for dinner. Now it’s overpriced for the quality (yeah yeah I get it COVID this and COVID that), greetedwith nasty attitudes, blame game on everyone else but themselves. I will not be returning and advising everyone else not to goto this location. I’ll now be making the detour to st-sauveur. You forgot the clients pay your salary or what?
