Me and my wife stayed here last night. First of all the owner is super welcoming, we arrived around 3pm, their spa and pool... indoor is only open till 5pm coz its low season however he gave us a couple minutes more to enjoy the indoor pool and sauna. Hemade sure we had everything we need before he left for the night. If we could only stay longer we wouldve stayed for anothernight or so but definitely will come back soon. We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was polite and very welcoming. This place has got many amenities - jetted tubs (indoor... and outdoor), pool, sauna, fire place (indoor and outdoor). It was maintained well. The jacuzzis look new and clean. It is notmodern or posh but it is beautiful in its own way. The place was peaceful with beautiful lake view. It was my husband?s birthdayand we cut the cake outside, the staff provided cutlery and plates before we asked them :) . Overall pleasant and relaxingexperience. Read more
My 2nd birthday spending it here and this time it well surpassed the first time. I had a great Birthday evening in this... wonderful private room. I highly recommend the suites as it has a Lovely hot tub, private balcony, nice king size bed withvibrations and relaxation music... it was a nice bonus. Only thing it needs is more lights, a phone to contact front desk and uha smoke ditector... this is a must. All in all I had a great time and really looking forward to coming back. Read more
This place needs big time renovation. This has the potential to be a great place for stay, but I guess the management is just... not bothered. Parking during winter was tricky, they have lot of space but not properly marked or guided which leads to a lot ofchaos when u go up to the reception area. Better to park at the bottom and walk to the reception. The rooms were decent, butagain it's high time that they need renovation. The hot tub is the star attraction here and I am.not happy with the cleanlinessof the water. Read more

To the people who say this place needs to be updated are crazy they r used to a certain type of hotel. This place is very... charming. That is what is good about it. Its the old feel of this place that makes it so nice. The room we were in was very nicewith a great view. Service was top notch. We had a nice view of the lake and mountains. Seriously to those complanimg about thisplace needs updating are crazy. It has been renovated but not much to keep the feel of this place. Which is rustic and justhomey. We came in winter. We stayed 2 nights here (July 26 & 27), we had the King Suite which I highly recommend. The breakfast basket delivered to your... room is nice, we had it once and the 2nd morning decided to go for a hot breakfast. They do not provide dishes so we had ourbreakfast on napkins. We have coffee and mugs in the room but after the 1st morning the mugs were not washed or the coffeepot. I would give this place a 3 star, the only regret is that the in house restaurant is closed on Mon and Tues which was adrag, we had to scramble to make dinner reservations and many other places were closed on these 2 days. In the middle of highvacation season your restaurant should remain opened 7 days a week, at the same time taking care of your guests. Read more
