Great staff, very fast service as well.
August 28 2022 We came here for the chicken sandwiches. We tried other location and we were not happy. This location has the... best chicken sandwiches. Big juicy crispy. Bums are fresh and nice. This will be our future go-to place for KFC chickensandwiches. The outdoor seating is amazing. Not very clean but I can just wipe it down a little. See my attachedpictures. Definitely a 5-star !!!! Called them and they were supposed to he closed at 9pm but after they saw our car the locked the doors at 8:30p.
Got here - and it's closed. It is 5 p.m. traveled 20 km especially, Google Maps showing open & busier than usual. Communication... 101 update your hours please! Read more
At other KFC's the chickens are cut into 9 pieces.. This place cuts each piece in half so one chicken is divided into 13... pieces... So a 14 piece family meal is actually one chicken plus an extra drumstick.. For 55$!! Such a rip off that I refuse toever go back again. The store is not well kept. I feel sorry for the staff working there. Read more
This was a frustrating experience. I purposely ordered using the KFC app to save time. When I arrived, there was no... organization, drive-thru or pick-up counter for online or app orders so you have to wait your turn in line with everyone elseeven though you ordered half an hour earlier and everything is paid for. When it was finally my turn, I explained to thecashier that I had a mobile order under my name. She went into the back (I assumed it was to retrieve my food) and returned withmy paper order. Evidently, no one looks at the orders that come in until after the customer arrives to pick it up (contrary towhat the app tells you). It took about 10 minutes for the cashier and the cook to put everything together. Unfortunately, theymade mistakes. One 3 piece meal was supposed to dark meat only (it was standard) and the other meal was supposed to be the SpicyFamous Chicken Sandwich but I ended up getting a Zinger sandwich (a very poor substitute). The cashier seemed polite andprofessional, but this particular restaurant is disorganized. I think it's the only one in this area. Even still, I can'trecommend it and I won't be returning. Not the first or second time I've stood waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to take my order. They just look and continue... doing whatever and run to the back. I've worked at multiple actual restaurants in my life and this is completely unacceptable. Ialso had a child with me and they were getting very impatient waiting that long to just order. Get better staff and bettermanagement. Read more
I wish I could give this rating a minus 1 star; One of the worst places I have ever encountered the service staff should be... fired, the wait time not good when you visually see them in the back having a conversation with you any thought to the customerswaiting and leaving For me this PFK, should be shut down and be no longer functioning until the head office or actual managementhire competent personnel to work there Read more
