Waited 15+ min just to order, then another 20+ min for the order to get ready. Ordered iced coffee and it didn't have any ice... and the regular coffee was cold. Wait time was too long and we didn't get the actual food we payed for. Read more

Bathroom sink clogged, hand dryers don't work, coffee is cold and tastes terrible, self serve machine doesn't work and cashier... makes clients wait 20 minutes before taking their order. Several customers complaining that there are no napkins or condimentsand staff not taking care of it. Read more

I waited in the car lineup for 20 minutes with 2 hungry kids to arrive at the order spot at 10:59 and cannot order lunch, was... told only as of 11 and to redo the whole lineup again. Very unprofessional and irritating. So had to stay in line up to be ableto leave which took another 10 minutes and was way past 11 by then but had to go to the back of the line and start again. Nice place to go eat. The food very good and very cheap. Strongly recommend to all.
