I went to the restaurant the day before I decide to make an order. I needed some information, I went to open the main door and... it is lock. It was 8pm and it clearly says on the door it is open from 11am to 11pm like almost every day, I saw some staffsinside and realize they tell me to wait a second so they can open the door, as soon as they open the door I asked to one of themif they were closed they say no we were on break. Okay.. The day after I made the order at 5h27pm, cost me over 70 bucks for 3pizzas and 10 chicken wings, the cashier who seem to be the owner of this place did in fact told me that it would simply takeabout 25-30mins so I've decided to come back. Came back 30 minutes later, it is fully crowded inside of people waiting, I ask ifmy order is ready she check behind and she came back telling me it won't be ready for another 5 minutes, okay it's cool Iunderstand the situation of today. Running out of staff make the production less efficiency and it is a new restaurant too, thepeople wants to try this. But it didn't take another 5 minutes it took another 35 minutes. When I've received my order the staffask me for my receipt number which I gave him but who cares! I was the only one left in the restaurant, took my order and leave.Arriving at home which is like 5 minutes from there and of course well after 30 hours when a pizza is standing in the counter inthe back, it is clearly normal that your food is cold. Their catchphrase is ?Always our best food, made especially for you.?well I'm sorry one of my 3 pizzas missed pepperoni and another had red onions inside which I never asked. I'd just like to pointout that when I took my order after waiting an hour, I saw that they didn't even say we're sorry or anything to keep youwaiting. I feel sad to give them a bad review like that as it is in fact my first time writing a review but I've figured thatthe owner one day will probably read my message and will try to get in contact with me one day. Great new addition to town, sure to feed many families many times over for years to come. The staff offer friendly service and... reliably delicious pizza and wings. Lastly I would offer a reminder to other reviewers to demonstrate patience andunderstanding with a 3 day old store opening during a difficult time for staffing! Read more
