I visited around 4:15 on Sunday January 30th. The clerk accidentally charges us 24$ opposed to 14. Small mistake, no big deal,... but my concern was that she ignored us initially and said she could not refund us. We tried to speak with her in English andFrench. We waited 10 minutes for her coworker to come to the cash register and refund us with cash because neither knew how torefund a credit card. The first clerk was incredibly rude and she left me completely ignored. I left completely discontent withmy visit. Read more
Went through drive through and staff took a while to take my order then could not understand, because once I got to the window... they got my order wrong. It took a while for them to resolve the issue. Overall inefficient and would suggest staff to improvelistening and communication skills! Read more

Enjoyed the food. But the staff was not able to maintain the minimum cleaning standard. Repeatedly asked to clean the dirty... table while waiting with our food in a tray. Ultimately had to clean it ourselves in order to sit down for our meal. Read more
A big 2 thumbs up for A&W. The beyond burger was cooked to perfection. The selected toppings completed the burger and balanced... the flavors well. The fries were crispy even after a 10min car ride home. Read more
Standard burger restaurant. The place is very small with little seating areas. It has a fast drive through. Great drive... through, there were many people inline but our order took less than 3 minutes. Breakfast sandwich wasn't up to the burgers. TheEnglish muffin was soggy, the bacon was hard and the cheese was dried-up. It looked like it had been ready in the warmer formuch too long. Read more
