This place is unbelievable in how poor the service is. It is an unbelievable embarrassment to Canadian service. We waited 30... minutes for food that never came. These people are the laziest workers I have ever seen. Read more

Suitable for tourists who speak English as they have young staff that switches languages quickly. I would not recommend trying... to drive into this location traveling northbound when there is traffic as there is no traffic light to turn into and out oftheir lot. Read more

We will not be coming here again. We stood there waiting a long time for someone to take our order, the workers seemed... undertrained. Half the the ingredients were unavailable and the whole place was unorganized. They forgot part of our ordermultiple times and the wait time was very long. For exemple, my passion fruit drink tasted like dishwasher water and there wereblack crumbs at the bottom. Also this place is very unsanitary, in the bathrooms, the water flow was very poor and there wasn?teven soap. Over all would rate it lower than one star. Read more

Ordered medium 3 milk at the drive through. Received medium half milk. Went inside and asked if they could make me the proper... coffee three milk. Girl at the counter replied "Why?!" "Why?!" is not an appropriate answer to a customers question. Aftertelling her I would like a proper 3 milk coffee, she took my cup, poured in some more milk. Obviously this didn't taste thesame. Yes I know it's just a coffee, but I figured if you are learning customer service at an entry level job. Your responsesshould be catered accordingly. Read more
