By far the slowest service I ever got in a Quebec City McDonald's. I'm talking 15-20 mins easily.

Took over 15 minutes to get a McChicken and i was the third car in the drive-in...

There is rarely something missing from my orders and you don't have to wait much to get your order.

I loved my great and wonderful experience here because your soft drinks and your foods is at excellent quality, your prices is... very inexpensive and your personnel and your manager is friendly and welcoming. That one put me off forever. Worst service ever. Burger was cold and ended in the garbage bin and had to push on the overflowing... bin to manage to throw it in. That pic of fries is the result of complaining about the portion size and that was the resultafter staff supposedly corrected the mistake. Lots of dirty and sticky tables. Fairly rude and inefficient staff that cannothandle the volume of business. Back in my student days when I worked at McDonald's, upper management (head office) would havecome hard on such shoddy practices. No more for me anywhere.
