Doors are supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. sitting outside at 6:23 still not open. Went through drive-thru. Ordered four number one... combos egg McMuffins and they screwed up our order. I don't know if they're understaffed or what but horrible. Horrible service Read more

Terrible experience here. Frazzled manager pumping out food, but chaotic and disorganized front staff unable to use a system... resulting in long wait times and no order. I waited over 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffees. My order wasentirely forgotten about until I brought it to their attention... twice. The staff did not care at all and it was frankly amiracle one girl finally realized nobody was putting together the orders. The food, made by the manager, had already beensitting under the heat lamp for 20+ minutes just waiting to be distributed. Avoid this location or be very assertive. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to receive a simple order. I use the application to make an order to be ready by the... time I arrived and I waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes to receive my order and when it finally did get here the coffeeand the breakfast sandwich where ice cold and I had to tell the young woman to go get me a fresh one.
