Horrible service. We had been sitting there for 20 minutes and no one came to see us. The restaurant was not even full and the... waitresses kept making eye contact with us. Not even a glass of water or a hello from them. They kept taking orders from tablesthat were sat after us and leaving. It’s like they were avoiding us because we are anglophone. In the end, we got up and wentto Boston Pizza across, who had better service and more food options. We used to drive from Montreal to go to this Normandin.Never again. Read more
Toujours bon..toujours fresh... le brunch is all day ! My top recommendations are ( not in order of preference but appereance)... campagnard, brunch fruitée, crepes chocobanane, le coulis est yum yummi dabadou.... hotel /resort all inclusive Mexico likeservice so very very good . The food was ok at best but it's cheap so its hard to complain about that, but the service was less than stellar. Got our food,... asked for utensils since we didn't have any and ketchup. Got tired of waiting so we took forks and knives from another table.Finally when we are almost finished we finally get the utensils and the ketchup we asked for. Also the soft drinks were flatwhich at this point just made us laugh. Not horrible, but honey you can easily find better. Read more
We waited an hour to get food which when came was not edible. We watched people who sat down when we did, eat, and leave. We... ordered a burger and a club sandwich. We finally asked our waitress about our food and she told us the burger was sitting readybut not the club sandwich. We decided to cancel our order after 45mins and the manager said our food would be right out and thatthe burger wasnt ready. Waitress told mgr that it was. We waited another 15mins to have our food delivered. The club sandwichlooked like it was thrown together literally and the burger bun was burnt black and the meat was cold. The manager previouslysaid our meal would be free but when it came out like that she even she couldnt believe it. Wont be going back! Read more
The service was great, the beer was cold, but the main attraction, the food, was not up to my expectations for the price I paid.... The soup had a weird spice, the Texan panini was dry and tasteless, the poutine is much better next door at Boston Pizza! Italso took a long time for my party of 5 to be seated.
