Very Slow service even when there are so many employees

Highly unpleasant experience in this location. Never had that kind of cheap in Ontario. Two medium cups of frozen lemonade came... with a different flavour, different amounts and the attitude. Thanks 'fake eyelashes ' another reason for choosing McDonald's inQuebec :) Read more
This Tim hortons needs to step their game up. I order the same thing every morning over the past 5 years and for the past month... there?s been at least 13 mistakes on a trio workers Bacon wrap with a xl 3 creams. None were refunded. Awful service. I hope itshuts down ???? Read more
a gazillion kudos to the staff; not only was the service great but also swift and honest. I forgot my shoulder satchel with all... my ID's and credit cards in it. I was back in Montreal (home) when I realized I had left it hanging on the back of a chair.PANIC! I called them and the girl on the phone was so sweet and reassuring that all would be there upon my arrival. I tried togive a small reward, but they would have nothing of it. MUCH APPRECIATED!!! Tim Hortons are just a mess in general. The drive thru staff is always surly.. the coffee is insipid. The donuts are still... awesome ( but the timbits are always in low supply ) I have stopped going . Read more
