I wanted to enjoy a nice lunch of angus beef burger, not a "charcoal patty" burger. My lunch was ruined when I unwrapped the... wrapper and saw the burnt-to-a-crisp-lump-of-charcoal that was my burger. Harvey's - COME ON! You guys should know better thanto give your customers completely burnt out beef patties. If you burnt it, that's ok, but toss the burnt one in the trash andmake a new patty properly cooked and not burnt so your customers can enjoy the meals they paid for... This is UNACCEPTABLEgiving burnt patties to your customers. I had to go find something else to eat because I sure as HECK was NOT going to eat thatcharcoal patty. VERY disappointed. You guys usually make good burgers, but this one belongs on a WALL OF SHAME. Read more

Always good and fresh. They always do their best and it shows

Never ordering from this Harvey?s again. After speaking to the owner about the quality of his food, it was clear that he did not... care about what I had to say & gave a fake promise to give a gift card or reimbursement due to the food being cold and not up tostandards. The staff is really nice & curtious, other than the management, and even the staff agreed with me that the ownerpromises things to clients & never follows up with them. Great food and very nice staff. I give a 1 star due to the owner not being able to resolve an issue I had. I understand... problems/mistakes can arise in any situation but it is a matter of how a company can resolve it and in this case it was a big 0.If you don?t have time to deal with an issue I recommend letting the manager or someone else handle it. It's a good place. They serve good food. They have decent staff members. Sometimes they serve juniors instead of the normal... burgers when we give a coupon. That's the only reason why I gave 4 stars. Other ways it's a good place! Read more

Could have been 5*, but had to force the person preparing my burger to have it the way I like it which should not be as Harvey's... prides itself to do just that. 2019-09-02: As I cannot reply to the owners response, I am adding this note to all and to themto say thank you for your response and I have shared in greater details my experience. Every time we go to order anything, they don't have it. We order chicken they tell us they just have grilled, we say ok we will... take grilled we pay for the order then they tell us the chicken is frozen. Another time they didn't have French fries. Everytime we go to this Harvey's they don't have something ! I don't know why we keep going there. Read more

Seems to me the buns and the beef patties have changed and I'm not a fan of either one of the new ones. Apart from that, even... though I went there at supper time, by the time I got home with our food (4 minutes by car), after sealing the bag tight andeven putting the heat on in the car to keep the food warm, our whole meal, burgers, fries and onion rings, were all disgustinglycold. They were obviously never hot to begin with. All must have been sitting in restaurant a ling time before I got them. Read more
