Visited this place to celebrate a birthday, the food was good, the service was soooo bad that the server even demanded a tip... and made a scene in front of everybody and sent the manager who didn't care about the customer at all. Nobody cared to ask ifthere was something wrong with the service, why would they, just another table. Read more

The food was good though the portion are small... I saw the picture in the menu for the meal which i noticed how big the pieces... of meat should have been from the grilled line marks on the steaks. I held my baby shower this past weekend at the Ste Therese location. The space was great, I generally enjoyed my baby shower... there but customer service and communication within the team could have been better. When I reserved for 30+ plus people weeksin advance, I was promised to be given the lunch menu for my guests on the day to keep within a certain budget of mine since mypartner and I were paying for everyone. I was told on the day of my shower that they weren't allowed due to X reason despite meexplaining that I was told it would be no problem. Eventually the menus were switched. Fine. When I received my plate, therewas a ladybug in my salad so I had my plate sent back, having eaten maybe a quarter of my plate, assuming I was to get anotherplate. Never did and was never asked, I had lost my appetite anyhow and had to continue tending to my guests. Turns out I wasstill charged for my plate. My guests gave me great feedback on the food which I am happy about but as the one hosting my ownevent with my partner, I wish I enjoyed myself a bit more. I don't care to get my money back but I wish there was more care todetail about the accomodation/customer service as it was already a stressed packed day for my partner and I. Read more
