HORRIBLE SERVICE My mom and I went through the drive thru for a deluxe chicken, fries, and tea. We went up to the window and no... one was there. We didn?t know what was going so my mom said ?Hello?? And the lady came on the speaker and said ?Excuse me. I wasbusy. I can take your order now? in a mean tone like we knew she was busy (we didn?t). She never said ?one minute please? or?hang on? or anything. Just that she was busy. So we just said nevermind and left. If this is how they talk to their customers,this McDonald?s should NOT be in business. We would?ve waited if she said hang on nicely. We?re going to the BloomsdaleMcDonald?s instead because they know how to treat their customers! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Read more
Staff is friendly. Drive thru is fairly quick moving. Prices are a little high, but that is everywhere. Orders are usually... correct. Read more
Very updated, has kiosks for you to order from. New McDonald's app is working well too (it sucked in the past).
The food comes out really quick so you don?t have to wait long. I also enjoyed the reworked interior design. I have a lot of... good memories with this restaurant from whenever I was younger. The price is a little high but it is still good. Read more
Out of all McDonald's I have ate at this one 9 times out of 10 is above all. They have really stepped up thier game and have... decent teenager's working there. I notice they prepare for local events and have extra staff on hand. No need to check the bagin this drive threw. Doing a re-review today it?s been a year since my last review. They have a new building and double drivethrew now and they are still on their game I have to say this is the quickest most organized McDonald?s I have ever stopped atduring a lunch rush. 5 stars from me. My children and I go thru the drive thru all the time. Food is ALWAYS correct, comes very quickly and is always greeted with a... smile and friendly hello. We use coupons all the time, infact have forgotten to give them a couple times and provided code atend of order and it has never been a problem. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds. I have been to many and this one isby far the best service and great food. Read more
