Sad that this Sonic has decided to shut down their pre-order app and stopping in a stall to place my order their screen was... frozen and when I questioned the order taker she snapped at me, then could not use the payment slot because it wasn't workingeither. It is a shame that this owner/manager doesn't seem inclined to repair or fix any issues. Salado has limited fast foodand unhappy with the current service at the Sonic. Read more
Food was ok, it's sonic ???????????. Carhop was great, very friendly. The order screen was terrible. The card reader didn't... work. The speaker was so low I felt stupid yelling my order multiple times. They didn't have any of the advertised specials. 30$for two burger meals. Meh. Read more
Just a side trip on our Salado drive. The car hop was friendly. This Sonic had fast service. If it wasn't feeling sick to my... stomach, I'm sure my son's food would've smelled great to me. I am normally happy with Sonic, but if you are going to offer ½ price drinks and slushes in the app then you need to be able to... honor that when the app isn't working properly. I usually don't rate things but I was very pleased with this sonic. It is one of the best ones I have been to in a long time. I... feel like sonic has been going downhill but this one gives me hope! I'm from Springfield Missouri and sonic sucks over there.Very kind people. They messed up my order a little though..I ordered cheddar bites but instead they gave me their cheddarpeppers.
