The workers are upset all the time took forever to get the order
Today is August 10, 2022 @ 6:45pm. I thought of having a sub after a long day at work but when I arrived at Subway there was a... long line. A good 10 people. I could see two young people working and thought it would be quick. I was wrong, The linelingered and I could tell one of the personnel was doing online orders leaving one person to handle the very long line thatwasn't moving. I left after 15 minutes and no movement. Would have been nice to get a sub. Suggest if you have new personnelworking in the evening that they know to attend customers waiting first. Read more
Closing early again? Shame on you with a small community, most can be there in 10 minutes You seem to close early every weekend.
I called asking for a sandwich tray with cold cuts and all the fixings on another tray as we have a bunch of picky eaters. These... guys were awesome and had it ready to go in 15 minutes. Tasted great and everybody waa happy. Win Win!! Read more

I went there just to stretch my legs and get a drink, as I was in the restroom fixing my contacts for a long drive this employee... comes in, DOESNT close the door to do his business, DOESNT wash his hands and LEAVES like NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I know this isn'tthe fault of the company but I cannot imagine that employee serving customers while not having washed his hands. I'm in shock,appalled even. For the love of God somebody fire that man, he looked young but I didn't catch his name. Read more
the young made my sandwich was horrible. starting with his customer service. they did not have enough chicken for the sandwich... I wanted, so without even consulting me what i would like to do, he preceded to put on a different chickens. while I was gettingmy sandwich a young girl of about 5 came up and asked him for a napkin. her mother clearly told her to say please, he grabbed astack and set them back on the counter far enough so that she had to get on her toes and reach over half way across the counterto get one. the little girl said thank you and he just walked away without so much as a thank you. After he completed making mysandwich and I paid he then grabs a handful of napkins and literally throws them on top of my bag. This store needs to dosomething about the attitude. THE WORST SERVICE. I?ve been a customer since the day they opened (I?ve lived in Salado my entire life). Not all but MOST of the... employees are rude. They do not greet you, say hello, or thank you. You?re lucky if they grunt at you when they come to takeyour order. Today I went in and as I?m placing my order the employee points (without speaking) I?m looking around trying tofigure out what I?m looking for. I see this handwritten sign that states the bread I want is out of stock. The employee thentells me they only have white and wheat even though the sign doesn?t state that. I said hello, thank you, and left a tip. Theyneed to do better. Read more
