Ordered a 4x4. I don't know what was in it but it was awful. I went in to exchange it, and had to wait several minutes while the... manager tried to comp the maintenance man's meal... when I told her it was disgusting she simply replied "No its notdisgusting, it's just not your preference" she then told me to smile, it's not that bad!! You messed up my order and when Itried to get it corrected she verbally attacked me. I will most definitely be back to this location! I go here almost everyday and not have an issue but today all I ask was for some sugar for my unsweetened sweet tea and the two... young ladies where beyond rude and snappy and I asked politely what was the attitude for, and she just looks at me the nastiestway and walks off . I was unable to get their names but I?m assuming the manager was the older lady that came to the window totell me ? I?m sorry we?re working on it? which I?m guessing their attitude !! Very unacceptable! One lady was taller and slenderwith black hair and freckles and the other was a shorter younger female with blonde hair . Which she has been working there fora few months now. I always get a medium vanilla iced coffee 4x4.. if it's made right it should taste almost like a vanilla milk shake.. it would... be nice if it would come out that way every time. The parking lot was kind of small for us because we tow a trailer. Had to park next door. The drive-thru was also very skinny... looking. The food was good and we appreciated the service they provided. Read more
I usually don't have any problems but last time I was there drive thu I was treated bad and charged more for my food .I ask... for the 2 for 6 deal said it 3 times I got up to window and payed what I was told it come to then my friend said it should notbe that much. I ask the girl what cost so much she told me what I was charged and I was charged the reg price for my breakfastsandwichs instead of the 2 for 6 I told lady it shouldn't be that and she said well that's what was wrung up and there's my foodI'm good to go I said but you over charged me she said well you must not have told them it was 2 for I said I did at least 2times .she said here you go shoving the bag at me and tells me to move ahead for next Costumer. She was very rude .I ended upleaving rather then getting out and going inside to speak with a manager.
