I am usually quite pleased with this subway but today I am not. I always order ahead using the app. I ordered a sandwich with... some slices of avocado. When I got home, what I found in my sandwich was guacamole. If the sliced avocado was not available,it should not have been an option. They also could have told me that they didn't have any. Guacamole is not sliced avocado. Idon't like guacamole as I always find it too spicy. Read more

The food is fine and good at Subway usually is. The owner of this restaurant in Salem however allows his son to walk around the... restaurant without a mask and then the same person walks next-door restaurant also without a mask. If you want to be safe thisis not the place to go Read more

I work in salem at 10. Was in subway at 930. 3 customers in front of me with 4 People working. Took me over 20 minutes wait.... When it came to add veggies she went to making sub for guy behind me cuz there was a party tray of subs sitting over veggies.Had to ask her to move that and finish mine as i now had less then 10 minutes to get to work. As the new manager of the store, i can say honestly that we receive many negative reviews and ratings unfairly due to not having... a public restroom. The town of Salem does not allow the plaza to have a restroom since we are built on a wetland. Our septicsystems simply can?t handle more than being a commodity for employees in the plaza, and for this, I am deeply sorry. The ownerof the store, Andrew, has owned the store for 15 years and has worked there for the same amount of time, personally making sureeveryday that each customer is taken care of and that we go above & beyond the basic standards of fast food service. Me and mystaff work extremely hard to make sure the food is always fresh, and each sandwich is prepared to the customers liking. As ateam we take pride in each sandwich that is sold in order to make our customers happy. In the winter we do close early on somenights due to lack of business, we are a small store, and on nights in the colder seasons, business can be as slow as not seeinga customer for two hours. In the summer, this is not the case and we are open respectively until 9pm every night except sunday,on which we close the store at 8pm. If you do have an unpleasant experience with us, or have had one in the past, I would behappy to fix any issue/make amends & look forward to hearing from you so that I can make our little sandwich store better day byday. Everyone is always complaining about not having a public restroom, but in the state of Connecticut if you have under a certain... amount of seats within the store, it is not considered a restaurant which does not require a public bathroom. It?s unfortunatethat people are writing bad reviews over no public restroom rather than the actual food and service within the subway. I?venever had a bad experience and it is always super clean.
