Avoid this location if you?re looking for a quick stop. Service is sloooooow. We waited 30 minutes after ordering inside at a... kiosk to receive meals for 2 people. Food was cold when we got it but was otherwise good, the staff got the modifications right.Not sure why it took so long, the place wasn?t busy inside or at the drive-thru and had at least 4 people behind the counter.They messed up an order for someone while we were there. I have never seen a fully staffed taco bell run so slow. Gosh I could have went back there and caught them up and made my own... food faster than all 5 of them were working and I haven't worked at taco bell for 15 yrs! Read more
I was there and ordered inside. I ended up waiting 15 minutes. I couldn't wait much longer, I stayed a couple more minutes then... I left because I had to go to work. I left without any food, all I ordered was two burritos and some chips and cheese which isalready made and just sitting under a heating lamp. Seems like the drive thru was getting food faster then the inside and I'mtalking about people that ordered long after I did. Update October 12 2022 Well I decided to try them again after severalmonths. I waited about 10 minutes in line with just one person in front of me. That's not even my complaint. But I ordered somehard shell tacos and when I got them they tasted like the shells weren't even cooked or something, they didn't taste likenormal. But I decided to go ahead and eat them because I needed something to eat, I also didn't have time to go back there tocomplain. I knew I probably shouldn't have eaten them because I ended up getting really sick from it. I went to work and acouple hours into my shift I ended up throwing up because of it and had to take the rest of the day off to recover. I'm not sureif it was the shells that did that or something else from them that made me sick but something wasn't cooked right. Also I hadnothing else to eat before that. So I think I'm done with Taco Bell at least the Salem restaurant. I really like Taco Bell and Ihate to write a negative review. But I won't lie about it and I want other people to see what happened to me as well, and Ican't be the only one that has gotten sick. I decided I won't be going back there again anytime soon. Good food Service sux They wait on drive thru over dine in while you are standing waiting on your order. Even cars coming in... after dine in has placed their orders get food before dine in does ???? ???? ???? Read more
Out of the crunchy, cheese chalupa (I have only been able to get that 1 time at this location ever since it started). The drink... station was nasty, trash on the floor, the rug needed vacuumed terribly, & out of 6 tables we went to eat at 5 were dirty. Itwas 1:30 in the afternoon in a town of 6500. There were 5 employees on duty at the time. Someone needs appointed to clean. Read more
I got home with my order and saw that I had ordered a Supreme and got a regular with no sour cream nor tomatoes.
I live in the quad citys and have never had such amazing taco bell. EVERYTHING was hot and fresh. And we did have an issue with... the soda machine but they handled it so well they couldn't of done any better plus staff are friendly and we still got the popwe wanted lol. Read more
