Consistency is the issue at this location. Often times the food is cold in the center, but I'm hoping it was just a result of... the pandemic issues that affected nearly everyone. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a Chicken Jr. sandwich, used a coupon code for a free whopper. Old rude Lady at the drive... through told me I still had to pay for the whopper that I used a free whopper voucher on. Was given 4 cold hamburgers after waiting for almost an hour. Was told to come back so they could reheat the food I said I can... do that when I get home, called corporate and they still have yet to do anything and it's been months. They seem to be improving. We've eaten there three times within the last 6 weeks and have had a good experience all around.... Twice in the drive thru and was served and gone in 5 minutes. Tonight went in. Again served promptly. All times the food washot, fresh and correct. Read more
