Great food very quick drive thru
They need to bring back the food bar. I will not eat there again til it's back.
AVOID KFC in SALEM AT ALL COSTS!........ I placed an online order for an 8 piece meal. I picked it up and got it home and saw... part of my order was wrong. I returned with the food and explained what happened and requested an item exchange, and they triedto tell what I ordered was correct. And then with a condesending and snarky tone he went on to say they could not exchange orswap out since I already took it out of the building. I asked why that was and he said "just company policy." I then told theworker "I'm sorry for any inconvenience I may be causing was simply requesting an item exchange." I was being polite and cordialthrough this (at least I thought I was), then person continued with an unprofessional and snotty attitude, which in turn I said"Sir, I don't appreciate how your are talking to me". Then he had the gall and nerve to say "If you want attitude I will justthrow you out of here right now!" I then asked for the manager and he says "I AM the manager". I then asked for hismanager/supervisor name and contact info. I only got the name and no contact info because "He didn't have the phone number ore-mail address" Current management staff need to be terminated and replaced! f this is how this specific KFC location treatsother customers, then this place need to be AVOIDED ALL ALL COSTS! I went through the drive thru in Salem Indiana. Male employee was rude and nasty. Food must have been cooked hours ahead of... ordering. Worst experience I ever had at any KFC in my life. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY!!! Never again will I ever eat at a KFCestablishment ever again. ???? Read more

I had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to even take my order. No one even greeted me at the register because I think the... same person was working the drive thru and front register. There obviously weren't enough people working, and there was a longwait on chicken (which should be their priority since it is kfc). I have always had problems with this KFC. Usually they get myorder wrong and the food is old and hard. The reason I'm giving 2 stars this time instead of 1 is because the food was at leastfresh this time and they didn't forget anything on my order except my sauces that I had to go back inside for. I would suggestyou check all your food before leaving because usually I'm missing food when I get home 15 minutes away. Also, don't go tooclose to closing time or the food will be old and they run out of sides and crispy chicken. Long John Silver's is connected withKFC and always has good fish, but their wedges and hush puppies are usually hard and overcooked so I'd get a KFC side if you'reordering fish. Read more
My step dad and I just went through and ordered 24 of the Buffalo chicken wings. They said it'd be about an 11 minute wait, was... well over that and they used honey BBQ instead of Buffalo.
