At least the food was somewhat warm. Stood at the front counter for quite awhile trying to get the manager in the blue shirts... attention. Several workers saw my husband and I and just walked past. So we went and ordered at the kiosk and it took a while.The atmosphere was chaotic and and workers did nothing but goof off and flirt. The manager had no interest in helping anyone whoapproached the counter. It took one young man about 7 minutes to get a packet of hot mustard he paid for because she was talkingto a young lady about the hickeys on her neck ( may have been her daughter). It seemed like the whole crew had been told not tointeract with the customers. I was a crew trainer at McDonald's and that place is off the chain. Lol I said, atleast the foodwas warm. I asked for two breakfast meals with coffee, stating appreciably that I wanted the normal portion as advertised on the sign. The... drive-thru attendant then said that should give me the large coffees. I know that one price gets you any size with soft drinksso I didn't originally question the comment. When I got to the window, she had upcharged me for the large coffees without myconsent. I did not complain because of other customers waiting behind me. Thinking back, this was not the first time that I havebeen upcharged on a meal at McDonalds, evidently a tactic to boost sales at other franchise locations. Things like this is whyI don't place McDonald's near the top of my list for fast food choices when driving. I also found their new bagel sandwich to bebland, in need of some extra butter or dressing to make it more palatable. Read more

We stopped specifically for strawberry creme pies. It was a whole ordeal. The first window told us there would be a 12 minute... wait and we agreed to wait. The next window told us there were no pies and asked us to pull forward for a refund. The girl cameout to give us the refund and told us that they did in fact have the pies and that they were in the oven. ???? Read more

Cheeseburgers were thrown together. Ketchup all over and they were barely wrapped. I'm pretty sure they took older burgers,... pulled the pickles off and squirted ketchup on it and reused the wrapper....barely. Fries were room temperature. And we waitedin the drive thru for 10 minutes for this special treatment. I've never seen it this bad ???? Read more

Placed my order using the app. It was cooked correctly and everything was there. Got a sausage biscuit and an iced coffee. They... were exactly what you expect to get at a McDonald's location. The only problem is the drive-thru moves really slow during peaktimes at this particular location. I mean really slow. Outside of peak hours you can zip through pretty quickly. Read more

I placed a mobile app order, and chose to pick it up curbside. I got home and was missing a $5 sandwich and dipping sauces for... my chicken. I immediately called and talked to a manager who told me to come back and they would give me my missing sandwich. Myhusband went to pick it up, showed our receipt, who I'd spoken to and underlined the missing item. The manager himself got oursandwich and my husband came home. I opened the bag and it was the WRONG sandwich! This isn't the first time I've had issueswith this location not giving me everything in my order, or giving me the wrong item. To make matters worse, other locationswe've stopped at in the last couple of months has given us the same, sub-par service. I'm tired of being robbed every time I goto ANY McDonald's. I guess it's time to give up the "Golden Arches". Read more

Since adding their kiosks inside ordering is terrible. 1 man and I waited 15 minuets for someone to come to the register to take... out orders. I do not use kiosks or self checkout anywhere. 1, I am not employed at those establishments and will not be doingtheir jobs for them and 2, they are NOT sanitized between each use. When I finally received my food it was cold, cheese wasnowhere near melted on anything, and for $25 for 2 breakfast meals with orange juice I will go to a decent sit down restaurantand pay the extra $5 for a good meal and good service.
