Good experience tonight. (Late night) Foot was hot and fresh and delivery guy was nice.
I placed a large order with them for 10 pizzas. The pizzas had come out burned but I went with it because life happens. The... party got busier than I expected so I called to order more pizza and asked if we could still get the same discount off because Ihad just bought 10. He said since it was a new order I had to buy a minimum of 5 or there would be no discount. Thank you forreminding me why I should always shop local. Will not make that mistake again. Read more
Heading home and the ole man suggested Papa Johns.. hesitant at first, because of the road work. Last second decision.. "Yes"!,... and even with orders stacking up we were in and out of there in 22 min. The special order on the all-meat pizza turned outawesome. 5 stars for Salem Papa Johns *****. Read more
Speedy delivery with friendly service. Only downfall is the outsourcing of phone orders. I refuse to give my credit card numbers... to someone in another country that I can barely understand. Can not order online as it states they do not deliver to our addressbut yet they do. Read more
Horrible service had order show up Totally destroyed paid 40 plus dollars For a pizzas that had been dropped or Hit the floor... board of delivery vehicle. Called to let them know they needed to replace one of them . And the manager literally told me thatit would take another hour before she could get me my order. As a teacher, I've worked with this establishment in the past to order pizza for students. They always delivered to school no... matter how much I ordered. I was told they changed their policy and will only deliver if order 10 pizzas or more. They willdeliver to a location that's less than a mile away. I have no way of meeting them because my students are with me. Too bad theyaren't willing to work with teachers better than this. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If I could put 0 i would took way too long for delivery. App said it was delivered but it hadn't been. Waited at least 30... minutes after supposedly having been delivered. Get more drivers. I'm sticking with dominoes from now on. Its less expensive,typically tastes better and the pizza shows up when they say it will. Update 11-29-22: Seems like they've got it back together. The pepperoni pappadilla was excellent. Raised another star. Update... 04-30-22: Okay, I gave them another chance. This time was very good so I raised the review 1 star. If their consistency holdsI'll raise it more. Delivery driver was super nice, but I didn't catch his name. Update: Well, I had to reassess this one. Thislocation has steadily declined in the last couple of years. The last time I got food there the dough was messed up and the cruston the pizza was inedible. I had to throw it out. I've stopped getting anything from this location. Original Review: Ipersonally have never had an issue with this location and rate it as well as any of its peers. The quality of the product wehave received from this location is very good. Everything is cooked properly and looks as it should. The food has always beenhot and the people I've dealt with have been courteous. I'm not a fan of their pizza, but my family loves it.
