This place has went COMPLETELY down hill . It's honestly awful I have always ordered from subway and had no issues but the last... 4 times I have ordered there's one issue after another. From not getting any meat on our sandwiches to not having my sandwicheven started when it should have definitely already been done. Yesterday I ordered from the subway app and got a call sayingtheir bread machine was broke so I asked for a refund and of course no manager or anybody in charge to help. So I left my nameand number and still no one has contacted me. When I try calling there's no answer. One of the worst places in salem now. Theywon't stop hearing from me until I get my refund. Not my personal experience but one I was able to see happening. A couple came in and ordered their food, the gentleman ordered... his food, no problem the lady was a bit particular in her order and the man behind the counter always asked after she said whatshe wanted just to make sure that her order was exactly how she wanted it. And it was! She complimented him on everything hedid when it came to making her sandwich. She kept saying that he was a true sandwich connoisseur then asked how long he workedat subway and did not believe him when he said it was only two weeks.! That man rocked making those sandwiches!!
