This place has went COMPLETELY down hill . It's honestly awful I have always ordered from subway and had no issues but the last... 4 times I have ordered there's one issue after another. From not getting any meat on our sandwiches to not having my sandwicheven started when it should have definitely already been done. Yesterday I ordered from the subway app and got a call sayingtheir bread machine was broke so I asked for a refund and of course no manager or anybody in charge to help. So I left my nameand number and still no one has contacted me. When I try calling there's no answer. One of the worst places in salem now. Theywon't stop hearing from me until I get my refund. Not my personal experience but one I was able to see happening. A couple came in and ordered their food, the gentleman ordered... his food, no problem the lady was a bit particular in her order and the man behind the counter always asked after she said whatshe wanted just to make sure that her order was exactly how she wanted it. And it was! She complimented him on everything hedid when it came to making her sandwich. She kept saying that he was a true sandwich connoisseur then asked how long he workedat subway and did not believe him when he said it was only two weeks.! That man rocked making those sandwiches!! I want to say in the past the subway in town was great now its pretty bad. I was wait in line in the employees working up at the... front was just just talking and not taking any- body's order well I want to say this now people that live in salem don't wasteyour money here even if its a great place they will mess up your order and want to get off work soon as couple more people walkin my review on subway in salem is a 0/10 and good day. Placed an online order and had 4 sandwiches and got home with them and 3 of them was completely wrong. Took them back with the... receipt that clearly showed what the order was supposed to be and the girl working argued that the order was right because shemade them. She wouldn?t open them up to see they were wrong and complained the entire time she was remaking my order. I have hadseveral people that were rude working there in the past but this girl tops them all! Read more
EDIT: My recent visit was excellent and the food was spot on!! Great service also!!! NIce job making up! I think some... management and or staff changes need to take place in this Subway. We placed an online order and even arrived late 5-10 minutesto pick up. so when arriving the worker was sitting in a booth with pajama pants on, as we look and see the bread for oursandwiches on the counter just sitting there. After asking if our order was ready. The worker stated that her coworker startedmaking the food and just stopped. we then waited patiently for our order (another 20-25 minutes) for the bread to be hard andthe hot sandwiches to be cold. I am not sure who is managing this SUbway but perhaps you should be checking in on your nighttime crew. It sounds like they need some guidance. Read more
