Ordered 2 breakfast crunch wraps, a reg coffee and a soft drink. Their frier went down and they told us they only had 1... hash-brown and asked which crunch wrap we wanted it in. No offer to compensate for the missing one. They did give extacinnabites when I asked. When our food came up I had to remind them about the coffee. She asked was it hot or cold. (Uuum, it'son the kiosk order) Waited 10 mins for a regular coffee with cream and sugar. I have up and grabbed a soft drink cup and toldthem to forget the coffee. Never did get that or an apology. Update 10-15-22 Raised my rating by one star. I have been back in a couple of times lately and things are improving. Staff was... nice and location is clean. However, they nearly always forget items and sauce packets. Last visit they forgot a beef ChalupaSupreme, the sauce packets, and there was nearly no meat on other items. Read more
Great experience all the way through. Person taking our order was very nice and respectful when we changed our mind a couple... times about what to get. A respectable wait time in getting our food. I got 3 burritos from there cravings menu and I do have tosay they were 3 of the most well put together burritos I've had from any tacobell. I bought the burrito taco party pack. The burritos not only tasted amazing, but were wrapped beautifully. I didn't want to eat... it because it was so nicely wrapped. So much art went into those burritos. Simply gorgeous ???? Keep up the great work! Read more
They were fast enough far as filling the order. But I'm only giving three stars because I had sent money there expecting my... order to be maybe ten bucks at the most. But it came to seventeen dollars! I ordered a dollar some burrito supreme. And thecombo my friend got should have been no more then 6 or 7 at the most. But they rang the combo up at $10 and charged me 4something for a beef burrito supreme. Read more
