We went here on a whim while in town visiting Salem. I eat a lot of diner food while traveling and this was honestly some of the... best I've had in years. To start, in spite of being relatively busy, the entire restaurant was spotless. I mean it wasnoticeably clean. The service was very fast and personable, something greatly appreciated because we were starving. The food wasflavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. Presentation was great too. Not too much creativity you can get when orderingeggs and toast (I tried April's Delight), but I saw many dishes come out with edible flowers on them. Genuinely impressed. I absolutely love aprils but today the salem location was off!! Messed my order up. Simple breakfast burrito bacon egg cheese. I... received a sausage, egg, cheese, peppers, onion tomatoes ????. New one came the bacon was close to raw had tomatoes in it, eggswere gooey. Attempted to eat it and legit gagged. Barely fnished one side and went outside to throw it all up. Oh and my honeysaid his home fries taste like old oil. Still love aprils but won't go to that location again.. Read more

Got a simple coffee and and some toast. But I am kinda picky about hot coffee.. I'm an iced Dunkies person. But everything was... perfect.. asked for my rye toast slightly darkened with butter. They gave me ample butter on it.. then some on the side aswell.. coffee extra light extra Sugar, before my coffee was done , she asked if I wanted a top off. And another girl(not mywaitress ) asked if I wanted more when I got low again.Great customer service. They cleaned my table in front of me before Isat, and everyone was masked! Great job, April's. After going to April’s in Lynn i believe that the Lynn location is better. However!!!! The wings were delicious as well as the... burger. The pancakes were too dense and I was only able to get through half. The tostones were a little cold when they got me.Overall customer service was great and food was decent. Read more
Great find. Doing breakfast right. Recently opened. Good coffee, even the decaf. Nice serving size. Good options for... Benedict and omelets. Very much enjoyed my steak omelet. The owner/chef seems to really care about quality. Fresh spinach inthe omelet. Read more
